No matter what I've tried, I can't get the avatar small enough (file size wise) to fit. I've got the latest and greatest in photoshop, but I'm a print guy, not web guy.

Here is the image. If someone could resize for me and host it back up, I can do the upload as my avatar part.

How's that?

I converted it to 256 colours and saved it as .gif, that seemed to get it down to 6KB.

Very cool, thanks! I thought I converted to 256 colors and tried it, but I guess I fouled something up.
