Showing Stocking Tops

When I am on here I look at the thumbnail, and only click on a picture if it looks interesting. The other night I clicked on a thumbnail and a pop up came up saying I had a virus. It gave me a phone number to call, I did not call it. The thing that really made me mad was, I couldn't get it to go away until I shut down the computer. Do you know of anyone else having this problem?

yeah i have this all the time, imagebam is getting worse and it was always my fave picture sharing host........

i find closing the tabs helps, i never click on the "this site is asking do you want to leave this page" i just keep clicking on the original tabs until it goes away,

I am using adblock plus and this blocks such stuff until now.

x4 - major PITA, have to force quit Safari every time it happens. Severely ticks me off!
