please could you tell me how in simple terms how to do it and also please could you check that i can (not banned etc ) thanks

You do not seem to be banned, as you have only made one post!

then go to ‘Apply for gold membership’

Click on ‘New Topic’

Follow instructions for uploading pics below the text box.

In Imagebam for example, you are asked to locate/browse your pictures. Do so (at least 5) then press upload (make sure you have specified the type of content – adult - and scale of thumbnails)

When they are all uploaded copy content of everything in the BB-Code. ALL AT ONCE box. Paste this into your box opened in New topic, press preview to make sure it looks right. If it does click Submit and you’re there!
