I have tried the password given me a few times. I still cann0t sign in as strat4343. This problem happened when I made some changes in my account such as changing the password and email address to make it easier for me to access the forum. Now I cannot get in anymore. Is there anyway you can help me? I do not want to lose my VIP status if possible since what happenewd was not because of misuse. I hope something can be done to fix this problem. Perhaps you need to try signing in on a different computer? You need to clear your cache and your cookies for this forum at the very least. Give that a try and see what happens. We'll get it worked out one way or another.

Hi, I had my computer gone over by Norton Symantecs and they cleaned it up pretty much including boost it's power. I still cannot log in as "strat4343." Hope it can be worked out that my former ID is restored. Right at present it is difficult for me to use another computer. Hope we can get this issue worked out to get my former ID restored.

When you were registered as strat4343 you had an email address and your ip address.

Sometimes and i dont know why you cant change your email and/or user name if the ip address remains the same.

Il look into it over the weekend to see if i can sort it.

Have you tried re-instating the old email address to see if it will let you sign back in as strat4343
