Hi Administrator,

I've got a new mailaccount and changed it at my "profile" yesterday. The problem is rigtht now that i have no access to log in. Why?

seidel147@gmx.de was the old mail account with the nickname Ilias147, my new address is rangun999@gmail.com.

Would you be so kind to send me a new Passwort at the new address and
give me the full access back?

Hi Ilias147.

I have checked your account and for some reason your account has been rendered inactive which only a Mod/Admin member can do.

I also noticed you have indeed changed your email address but that wouldn't stop you gaining access to the board, the reason you can't log in is because you have been stopped for some reason.

Could you help with a reason as to why a Mod/Admin would have stopped you being active???

I have sent him a new PW to access his account via mail - sorry for not giving notice here.
Have not seen that the account was inactive - now corrected (set to be active)
