Hello,
I don't seem to be able to catch any of the admins' attention...
A female friend of mine is trying to subscribe, but apparently the registration did not go through. She never received a confirmation email. When she tries again, the system says that her email address is used. Would you please look into the problem?
Any word of advice? (This is the third attempt I am making)

I did - in addition I would need her username I can only search for usernames but not for the mail-address - sorry
