In response to lyour request for help, I find that the following picture, while not displaying a copyright, is in fact, copyrighted. Someone has removed it I suppose. That does not release the copyright, and I would hate to see this site suffer for it.

A serious problem is that the inexpert user cannot recognize a copywritten image if the copywrite symbol has been removed before he downloads it.

This is the problem we face, we have a policy of removing any picture that copyright is claimed (or disputed) as fast as we can & we would never knowingly show any copyrighted material without consent

we also check the URL's on pictures, & rely on our eagle eyed Moderators
