... I posted 5 more pics and said I'd try to be more active in the future. But it looks like I was shot down by lambo saying that I'd need to be more active to get gold. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but it's hard to be more active without access to the forum... (?)

Could you please clarify what the criteria for reinstatement are? I thought the following thread was clear on it, but now I'm confused.

bostonpete, may i say that i have not "shot you down" as you so nicely put it, i have just given you an opinion as to what i think reflects your posts within your time of membership here.

You have been here for over a year and only posted 3 times including the picture post i replied to, which again, for all to see i will say is a pretty poor show.

If you look at the top of the "Apply for Gold" section you will see that bas, stockingluvr and Thoms are the moderators for this particular section and do a brilliant job upgrading members to Gold.

This though is an often long winded arduous task as there are many members who dont read the rules properly and because of this the above 3 mods have to click on and enlarge every pic in every post to weed out the "Copyright, marked pic, pro pic and porn" violators before being able to upgrade you.

Their job is also an unpaid one which means that they obviously have to work for a living and spend their spare time on here making this board the great board it is today and very often for no thanx at all.

So please excersize a little patience and wait to get your gold access, and hey why the rush to get back on anyway, after all you've only posted 3 times in over a year.

You now have your gold status back, thanks to Thoms, & I agree with what they both say,

All we ask is for you to take part in the forum you clearly enjoy, so please don't "try to be more active in the future", make sure you are more active in the future, all you need to do is make a few comments to the members who do post pictures, I don't think that is a lot to ask

Sadly members like you are slowly forcing us into the "minimum post" scenario, a road I personally do not want to go down,

So its all in your hands, if you like to look, make a comment!
