Showing Stocking Tops

In the new section for top pic it says all members but when I tried to post. I was shut out. The message was that this section was for moderators only. Please clarify.

Atrez,

You clicked on "Selection for Top Picture" from the home page and tried to post a "New Topic". That's restricted to mods/admins.

You need to click on "The Top Picture". This will be allow you to post a Reply there.

Let us know if you're still having problems.
